Meet the Team
Nancy and Julianne first crossed paths while working together at a Primary Care practice on Boston's North Shore. Bonded by a shared passion for health, wellness, and disease prevention, they quickly became both colleagues and close friends.
Over the years, they developed a deep understanding of the healthcare system and the real challenges patients face when trying to manage their health. That experience shaped a common conviction: that a more individualized, holistic approach — one rooted in genuine collaboration between provider and patient — has the power to transform quality of life.
Driven by a commitment to offer the most comprehensive, evidence-informed care possible, Nancy and Julianne completed a certification program through the Institute for Functional Medicine. They bring that expertise to every patient relationship, guided by the belief that true health and vitality are not just physical goals — they are essential to the human spirit.
Nancy Jurczak, MSN, ANP-BC
Nancy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Anselm College in 1995 and began her career at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. While working at MGH in the Medical ICU, she received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Simmons College and became an Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in 2003. Through caring for patients in this setting, she recognized the power of the mind-body connection and in 2014 she became a yoga teacher. A personal health struggle led her to the discovery of functional medicine and the many benefits of this approach to care. Nancy currently works in a primary care setting, empowering patients to achieve their health goals
Julianne Sullivan, MSN, FNP-C
Most patients don’t come in with clear answers—they come in feeling like something is wrong, but without a clear explanation why.
Julianne specializes in uncovering the root causes behind complex, often dismissed symptoms. By looking at the full picture—medical history, lifestyle, stress, and physiology—She connects the dots that are often missed in traditional care. Her goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to help patients understand what’s happening in their bodies and why, and start to repair it.
Patients often say, “No one has ever explained it to me like that before.” That clarity is central to her approach.
Julianne’s work is both methodical and deeply personal. She takes the time to listen, ask better questions, and create a space where patients feel truly heard—then uses a structured, investigative process to guide care.
This approach is shaped by her own experience of feeling dismissed in the healthcare system during her menopause journey. Those experiences reinforced her commitment to practicing medicine differently.
No one should feel unheard or without answers. Julianne is here to help patients make sense of their health, restore clarity, and feel better.
Julianne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Endicott College specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she currently works in Primary Care at Harvard Universtiy.
